REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of sea moss and being an edible item, it is non-returnable/non-refundable.
We ship orders as securely as possible, but sometimes shipping carrier may mishandle items. If you receive a broken jar or the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hours of receiving your sea moss and we will be happy to replace your item free of charge. Please be sure to include multiple pictures of the inside and outside of the box so that we can provide proof of damage to shipping carriers.
